I’m Mary Kate. You might be here to learn more about my career change coaching and how we might be a good fit. I use all the skills from my day job as an engineering project manager for a technology company combined with a sense of curiosity and exploration to help others achieve their goals as a career change coach. Over my fifteen year career I changed roles six times. I’ve been there before - successfully - and developed a program to help you do it, too.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and my MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, so I can speak to both the technical and business worlds. In my spare time I enjoy arts and crafts and writing, so I can connect with the creative worlds as well.
